Virtual Consultations

For the convenience of our patients, we offer safe, secure, HIPPA-compliant virtual consultations with GoTo Meeting. Here’s how it works: 

1. Use this form to request your consultation, and select the “virtual consultation” option. 
2. A member of our team will contact you to schedule your virtual consultation and collect payment information to secure your date and time.
3. You will receive a link to log into PatientNow: our secure patient portal. There you will enter personal and medical information.
4. You will also receive a link to log into TouchMD: our secure photography management system. There you will upload your photos for Dr. Masters to review with you during your virtual consultation.
5. Once your medical history, photos, and consultation fee have been received you will receive a link that you can use to securely connect with Dr. Masters at your reserved date and time.

In order to engage in a virtual consultation, you will need a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera that supports video conferencing. 

What to Expect 

There is a $50 consultation fee for virtual consultations. Please have your medical information entered into the patient portal, Patient Now, and upload your photos to TouchMD prior to your consultation. Virtual consultations last for 45 minutes. Please plan to be in a well-lit, private room at the time of your virtual consultation.
